About the Role

As a Project Manager at Indue, you will gain the opportunity to manage complex IT payment solutions across the full project life-cycle. From pre-sales to scoping, initiating, management and delivery into operations. About You

Your knowledge and experiences will encompass:

  • Degree qualified in Business, IT, Project Management or other relative discipline.
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a PM role within financial services or payment industry. Specific experience in delivering cards or transactional payment products would be highly preferable.<./li>
  • Proven ability to effectively plan, lead and deliver complex projects to time, quality and cost criteria.

Desktop Support Engineer

About the Role

As part of Indue’s centralised Service Delivery team, you will provide first level support to colleagues across all day-to-day desktop, network and general user support matters. You will also work proactively as a collaboratively team member to ensure we create a positive and effective experience to others.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support for hardware installation and configuration, including desktops, printers, VoIP phones and boardroom equipment.
  • Identify and investigate business critical issues in a timely manner and work with the boarder Systems & Technology team to drive a resolution, escalating as appropriate<./li>
  • Monitor and promptly action requests through the internal ticketing system (Marval).
  • Log, track, manage and report support items in line with customer SLAs. Support items include support issues (software not functioning as expected), service requests (changes to system setup /configuration), information requests and ongoing system maintenance activities.
  • Maintain a register of IT assets (Hardware and software) which are both deployed and within the IT storage areas.
  • Deploy and maintain virtual infrastructure solutions based on VMware.
  • Management of IT Procurement (i.e. provisioning of Mobile phones, SIMs, reporting etc.).
  • This is a permanent full time opportunity based in Toowong.

    About You

    Your knowledge and experiences will encompass:

    • Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline (i.e. IT, Computer Science or Engineering).
    • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role troubleshooting and maintenance skills of PCs in a Windows environment, ideally within the financial services or professional services industry.<./li>
