About the Role

Our 24/7 fraud monitoring team has a full time position available. Fraud Operations Officers are an integral part of our Fraud and AML services.

The key position responsibilities are based on analysing card transactions and monitoring alerts to identify and take action in mitigating potential fraudulent activities for our clients. As a member of a highly proactive and passionate team, there is also a focus on remaining abreast of new fraud patterns and trends, and providing input into the continual enhancement of policies, processes and overall strategies to minimise losses due to fraud.

About You

You will have at least 2 years’ experience within the financial services industry and you are proactive in demonstrating a strong customer and client focus in everything you do. You possess a high level of attention to detail and the ability to analyse and evaluate information in a logical and practical way. You are comfortable working across several different programs to undertake your day-to-day duties, including Microsoft Office and other in-house systems. You are a solid team player skilled in building working relationships both within your immediate team and across the broader business and clients. Above all, you will be motivated by and enjoy the challenge of learning and working in a cohesive, driven and quality focused corporate environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Executive – Sales & Relationships, and part of the Senior Management group, this role is responsible for driving new business development opportunities for Indue whilst maintaining key relationships with existing clients.

Within this, key focus areas include the development and management of the sales pipeline for sustainable growth, retention of existing clients, and the continual enhancement of commercial partnerships.

Additional responsibilities include:
•Client engagement, driving stronger and deeper client relationships
•Generating revenue and building the sales pipeline through the successful execution of sales strategies.
•Working with internal departments and stakeholders to negotiate and ensure the appropriate level of priority is provided for sales implementations, enhancements and upgrades relative to other broader organisation priorities.
•The position is directly responsible for the generation of revenue in accordance with annual KRAs, which incorporate new business and profitability targets.

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
•Formal qualifications in Business or a related discipline.
•Sound understanding of payment products and solutions, commensurate with 7+ years experience in the Australian/New Zealand financial services industry.
•Experience and demonstrated ability to effectively build and manage client and stakeholder relationships through the development of rapport, credibility and trust.
•Demonstrated experience and ability to successfully develop and manage a sales pipeline and achieve (or exceed) sales targets.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Head of Architecture is responsible for Indue’s Enterprise Architecture practice and for the architecture of Indue’s systems. The Head of Architecture is also responsible for Indue’s technology strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders and ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with architectural standards and the strategic direction of Indue’s products.

About You

• Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline.

About the Role

The Head of Service Delivery is accountable for IT Service Management, encompassing delivery of technical services to internal and external (B2B) clients. The role is also responsible for establishing and leading a single service desk across all IT services, effectively implementing organisational change in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Within this, the role is accountable for driving a strong focus on optimum productivity, service quality excellence, continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
