Cardholder

The Account and the Cashless Debit Card are issued by Indue in connection with the Cashless Debit Card program, an initiative of the Australian Government. For further information about the program, please refer to the Department of Social Services.

The Account has restrictions in place to prevent your Cashless Debit Card from being used to purchase alcohol, participate in gambling activities and withdraw cash.

If you do try to buy alcohol or participate in gambling activities with your card, your transaction will be declined. You cannot use your Cashless Debit Card to withdraw cash from any ATMs or via “cash out” using any point-of-sale terminal.
