David Vander is General Manager, Microsoft Services for the Asia Pacific region. In this role, he is responsible for sales, solutions design, consulting, support and delivery of enterprise services to customers and partners.
He is a thirteen-year Microsoft veteran, and has worked in subsidiaries, Corporate Head Office and Regional roles. Prior to that he was the worldwide Managing Director of Banking and Financial Services business for Microsoft where he was responsible for the industry strategy, solutions, partners, marketing and the overall health of Microsoft’s business in Banking and Financial Services.
He holds four degrees, including a Master’s degree in Engineering, a Master’s degree in IT and an MBA. He sits on the Board of the Banking Industry Architecture Network. He has a strong track record and extensive knowledge on the evolving challenges and opportunities experienced by enterprises today and how organisations can prepare themselves for the future.
