Strong Results for Indue’s Customer Service

Throughout February and March this year, Indue conducted its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. This year we again received a high response rate and thank our customers for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We place great importance on the feedback we receive through this survey each year and use it to help us understand how we can improve our service to you.

Overall, the Indue Group received a strong customer satisfaction score of 84% which is an increase on the 2013 results.

Indue’s CEO Manuel Garcia welcomed the feedback received and the strong result.

“While it’s great to know what we are doing well for our customers, understanding how we can improve is key to us in knowing how we need to change in order to meet the needs of our customers.

“In 2014 our customers rated us strongly in; corporate image, quality, responsiveness, staff capability and staff attitude. We are particularly pleased that our customer’s feedback was so positive about our people. We know that its Indue’s people that make the difference to our customers and how we maintain relevance.

“Our customers also told us that we need to maintain the level of communications whilst ensuring these continue to be useful, relevant and transparent. We have already started to look at how we can improve what we do now to better reflect the needs of our customers. We trust that in the 2015 survey you will tell us how we are doing” he said.

To maximise accuracy and integrity of the results, Indue utilised a third party survey provider, Voice Project to administer and report survey findings. This year, we again included a prize incentive for completing the survey, which was randomly drawn by Voice Project and we are pleased to announce the winner was Graeme Mitchell from BFS. Congratulations Graeme, you have won a new iPad Air.
