Ultradata 2023 Client Conference

Indue was a proud sponsor of our technology partner Ultradata’s 2023 Client Conference, held at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast last week.

Indue leaders Chief Customer Officer Fred Perry and Chief Delivery Officer Kevin Lugg were in attendance, taking away some key insights into how technology, data and AI are helping deliver exciting and innovative digital banking experiences.

“It was great to hear how several Indue clients, including BankVic, Auswide and Bank of Us, are delivering tailored digital experiences for their customers with innovative tools such as Ultradata’s Ultracs App,” Mr Perry said.

“We were given a first look at Ultradata’s latest loan application platform – Digital Loan, as well as highlights from the next release of their Ultracs core banking solution.

“We are looking forward to continuing to implement these types of innovative tools for our clients, so they can continue to offer exceptional digital banking experiences to their customers.”

Mr Lugg said many of the sessions underscored the importance of emerging solutions in the areas of biometrics technology, AI, lending automation and data insights. 

“We heard a fascinating example of the development of Ultradata’s AI call centre, built using the Microsoft Azure bot service, which uses AI to improve customer service by answering questions from documents and building chatbot functionality,” Mr Lugg said.

“The conference featured a significant focus on financial crime, cyber-attacks, data protection, and fraud, which are topics we are always striving to address as best we can at Indue.

“We got some valuable insight into how we can empower people with data-driven insights to help them make informed and better decisions, and importantly how that might be used to address the highly prevalent issue of financial crime and fraud.”
